Recently I had the opportunity to do this quick comparison. These were taken on a tripod with auto focus and aperture priority. I took two frames of each and picked one. There were a couple that the focus was not as good. These are the jpeg. files, the raw files can be downloaded at the link provided.
RAW files available at:

When viewing the jpeg. files I discovered that the 7-14 is wider at 14mm than the 14-140, which is also wider than the 14-45. I think the center sharpness is better with the 14-140 and the edge sharpness is very good with the 14-45. The 7-14 is an amazing wide angle lens to use and the 14-140 wide open has incredible Bokeh. Please feel free to down load the raw files and do as you may wish.
The two photos above were taken with the 14-140 at 140mm and with the lens focused about as close as it can. These were taken with the last light of the day.
This is my first photo with the 7-14 Panasonic lens. I hope to take many more but I will have to wait for more stock. Bill Wilby
